this number has called my home phone several times but never left a message. If you call back you get a message in Punjabi then English saying it is busy. No idea what this is!
SCAM. Someone looking for dirt on someone. Offered cash for negative information so am guessing he is criminal, or a journalist if that is any different. Faked an American access and more likely to be Welsh probably.

SCAM Automated message alleging to be Amazon saying purchase of iPhone11 for £1100 has been made through my account. Press 1 to confirm this was me or 2 to speak to an operator. Pressed 2 to be transferred to an offshore call centre to be asked by a chirpy lady how I am this morning. Told her to be honest I was a bit p*ssed off to be woken so early on a Saturday morning for a scam. She hung up on me.

Today called and said he s calling from technical service of virgin media. First told me they receive a lot of error reports sent from my router which they want to fix and then asked me to go to teamwiever.com (remote control software page) which I refused.

just had a call from this number, they knew my name, but when i asked who they were they hung up on me
Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. Told me I d applied for a loan, I hadn t! Refused to give his details or tell me where he had got my number from. He was very rude demanding I agreed to applying for a loan and that I wanted one! I asked to speak with manager stating I believed fraud was being commited in my name. He said he was the manager and promptly hung up on me. Don t answer calls from this number, not a pleasant experience.
SCAM I was called from a lady called Lisa. She sounded Indian. Anyway I am lucky because I have been allocated a free discount card. Free, up to 40% off shopping, Tesco etc. Also they will send me free flight tickets for me and my family, anywhere in Europe. Didn't want my bank account no. just my sort code and account number. So they could credit me £1. I put the phone down. I wonder if I will get my free discount card in the post as promised.
