Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! I?ve just had a call from this number. I get this type of thing every few days from other numbers. Everyone should just stop answering and making 0845 calls, then perhaps then the Telco?s who make money out of this sort of thing may actually do something about scam calls.
