Spam/scam. Some woman with an Asian accent talking about some academy. Seems same outfit that sends spam emails about business courses overseas. Found after I called that it may be a premium rate number.
SCAM! I am always wary when someone with a very obvious Indian accent called Alena tells me she is contacting me about my computer! I laugh and put the phone down.

Me: "I'm not prepared to tell you that" Her: "Why? Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.
I phoned this number back, and get through to an automated message saying that if I wish to speak to their customer service centre - then please phone another number (I didn’t bother writing it down)… No identifying company name of ID was given…
