Very rude and cheeky when I said I wasn't interested.
My 81 year old father was targeted and asked to insure his 4 year old Indesit washing machine. Unwittingly he set up a d.debit which he cancelled the next day, with the bank, when he realised he already had cover. He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did. He is now getting calls about his non payment and they are threateneing court action as they said they hadn t received a phone call or letter. Total fraudsters targeting the elderly. #scammers

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1622370xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - classical accident chasers, RTA. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Very rude PPI hawking woman who when I asked where she had obtained my data from, would not answer properly, saying I must have ticked a box asking them to contact me. I suggested that under the new GDPR coming in this would be illegal as I will have a right to know how my data is being used and where it is coming from and how it is being stored etc. She said this is not true, and I was not listening properly... :(

They phoned up on the premise of being a call blocking service, have my date of birth, address, phone number, name and then asked for for my bank details to renew my call blocking service because it is due renewal but you should never have to renew a blocking service.
TAXES / HMRC Didn't answer, automated call that left a voicemail which cut off the start. Said about speaking to "one of our officers now". So sounds like HMRC or similar - number now blocked.

0800 183 6403 Got called by a man with heavy Indian accent, lots of noise in background. He said he’s from Virgin Media, asked fir me by name. Offering further discounts and free TV channels. TPS flouting, claims you answered market survey so that puts them in the dodgy camp but a google of their name will leave you in no doubt that no one seems to have a good thing to say. I've seen them mentioned on Money expert and BBC X-Ray and not in a good way................
