SCAM they call/leave a message telling that they are HRMC and that if you don’t call them back you’re going to get arrayed. HRMC website confirmed that this is not how they operate and this is a scam.

I received 2 calls from this number on my mobile, when I answered the caller just hung up the phone. Number blocked right now! Spam!
The line goes dead after I hear a second or so s call-centre background noise. My guess is: Indian spammer/scammers (and probably nothing to do with Scottish Power).
Claimed to be Carphone Warehouse. I have not dealt with them for over 10 years so either it is a lie or CW are in serious breach of GDPR/DPA obligations.
