Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone. Didn't prompt call, when answering I didn't say anything they didn't either, they hung up. Call lasted two secs. BLOCKED. Could be dangerous, but definitely annoying. Get alot of such calls from London area, just answer to possibly waste their money even if possibly not.

I was called by an ambassador of "Petra" a company that claims to be a programming language. I asked my husband who is an expert software engineer and he had never heard of this company. After some research he concluded the company is "cringe and blue pulled".

Scamming bastards with an electronically generated voice, that I only listened to on answerphone, when it got to "There is a legal enforcement on your national insurance number ..." [sic] the message was deleted and the number blocked.
Has mental health problems and no support worker, someone has bought a bunch of stuff in accounts in my name. This is harassment considering another company was harassing me for the same reason, though they were nicer about giving me time to collect evidence. Apparently I took to long as they fobbed me off with this bunch.

Firstly, he coldn't pronounce my name, not a good start, then told me my washine machine's guarantee was about to expire. Seeing as I've had it for nearly 10 years, I'm not surprised! Now blocked!
The person knew my name and address BUT the wrong postcode - it was way off! As I said it was the wrong postcode they asked me for mine which I refused to give and told them as they had the wrong information I was not the person they needed.
