This is the number that the Lancashire Emergency Services calls you on if the 999 / 112 call made is disconnected

This number is trying to send me a picture via mms on vodaphone. I do not have any contact with this phone number. I fear it is junk and I do not wish to open the attachment. This morning it sent me 3 of the same message in the space of four minutes. What should I do.

I saw it said Birmingham England and the number, Its never rang me before So I didn t answer

The number 01862 220 970 had called me and made ' woo hoo hoo 'noises

This company uses various combinations of telephone number. I just let the answer phone kick in. If I recognise the voice I then answer, can have 6 -10 of this type of call a day. I do 1471 and keep a note of all the numbers and then check them out on Google.

Claims to be from Credit Fraud Investigation for UK Loans. Asked for my Partner and wanted private information, told them to hold the line so he did for 9 minutes. Went to fetch partner who wasnt here anyway. Then he said i could help and i said why should i. Became abusive told him to get a real job.

Now we are out of Lockdown these dimwits think they can annoy the public again with inane calls - Blocked and await the variant number to retry 1 digit different !!

Think this is PPI or some kinda marketing BS, call last week from it

Guy with an Indian accent who spoke very fast when he left me a voice mail. I couldn t understand him so thought I would look up his number first, and this is what I found.

Advised that he is based in Dakar, Bangladesh and that they use an automatic dialler with my telephone number being obtained from an opt-in database. was late answering so they d hung up but I didn t recognise the number so googled it. On reading comments here I added it to my reject list. If I m feeling particularly argumentative I ll answer but generally I don t bother if I don t recognise the number. If they were genuine they d leave a voicemail wouldn t they?
