I answered the call but they hang up. I've received two calls from mobile numbers that have the same first 5 numbers. These scammers seem to use a number very similar to yours. I guess to make you think it looks like a genuine caller. Best is not to answer. If there is no voice message left then it is likely to be a scam.

Recorded message saying there was a power cut in our area (there was not) press a number to acknowledge we'd heard the message (we didn't).
