Someone just called from this no. claiming to be from Amazon. They were female with a strong Indian accent. Said someone had tried purchasing a Canon camera on my account last night in Germany. This was a scam call claiming to be from a restaurant I visited recently through OpenTable, they got my card info before phoning back on a private number claiming to be from Santander.

Scam. tried to sell something, then when I said not interested, asking where they got my name and number, they changed what they were selling, becoming forceful. I kindly said that they should remove my details from their list and not call again, suggesting they were acting illegally, because I am listed in the TPS, then they slammed the phone down on me.

I received a text from this number saying my apple pay was temporarily deactivated, and a link to reactivate it. Upon clicking the link I was then asked for my name, address and date of birth, and then got suspicious when asked for my full card details. Quick look on google found it is a know scam. Beware.
