Safe number to use, initially they called stating they are from CarphoneWarehouse, but the number was genuine from Viva Visa UK as regulated by OISC from the Gov.UK website, they seem to be victim of scam using their ID number in replacement - therefore if you are using their legal service then brilliant carry on, but if you are not then I would suggest blocking the number.

Said they were part of a government scheme regarding loft insulation we have installed & there were concerns it may be mouldy ( there is nothing wrong with it) but don’t panic they were offering a survey, ffree of charge of course. He was obviously reading from a script. When I started asking more questions he asked if I was the homeowner and I said no I’m their daughter & they hung up! Very suspicious to me.
