I think they last called me around 2 years ago and are always very respectful. In a roundabout way, they are trying to sell a service, but at no point pressured me into buying anything. Safe number: this is the number used by Apple is you ask for a phone call to verify your Apple account. It's actually in Texas in the US, and not Liverpool - it's a quirk of formatting. I know because I've just been through the system and dialled the number back to confirm.
Unfortunately they put in the worst conservatory ever built for us! Bunch of liars who have no idea what they are doing. Don t be fooled by their claims. Now they still try and ring every few months.
