The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. Athough called approx 3or 4 pr day for about 2 weeks now, they still ring. No idea who they are, so annoyed they continue to attempt to call. I did try to call the number to find out who it was, but received the message that the number had been blocked. Received another call today and saw a message (presumably my service provider whether I wanted to leave a message to the caller. NO ! SCAM Automated Call from DWP stating my National Insurance Number had been used for fraud... After being placed in a que, an Indian Woman asked me what I wanted and I said You called me she said she hadn't... Wouldn't or couldn't confirm my NINO, Name, DOB or Benefit Type... Due to the fact I took her off script by asking why their automated system had called me, she hung-up.. If this was the DWP, very unprofessional and at least try and sound convincing...

Keeps calling, leaves no message.
Same officious voice that has called from different no.s beginning 777191 re Inland Revenue etc, threatening court etc. I hung up after the first few words which I think were fraud squad, got an order bla bla. I block these numbers but they keep changing the calling number.
