SPAM - Unsolicited phone call. After saying "Hello" down the line a burst of computer noise/mumbled automated voice was heard before the call disconnected. Likely an automated call failing to register properly so most likely a scam call.

Scam text telling you that someone has lost their phone. Give you a new number to contact them on whats app. Then beg for money. Huge scam

SCAM Fraud BEWARE ! This number has only recently appeared on this site (August 2023) from other people checking. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. SCAM Automated message said it was Inland Revenue and that I hadn't paid my taxes. To avoid a court date and possible jail time press 1 to speak to an agent. A trace says the number originates in Russia. No chance I believe any of that rubbish.

An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Told him I knew he was a scammer and he hung up before I could finish my sentence! As well as my phone number he had my name and address which he said was obtained from public available data - very worrying!

Fraud call. They said that they were calling from Santander Bank, they asked to speak to my husband who passed away 2 years ago. Informed Santander.

Had a call from this number saying they were the fraud department of Barclays but this is not true.

Said number 01398317195 was from Amazon regarding my prime subscription (which I do not have) wanted me to press numbers, which did not.hung up

Cold-calling scam regarding "financial market investments", likely based overseas as the caller's proferred name did not seem to correlate with their accent. Nervous laughter and unconvincing denial from the caller when accused of being a scammer and asked if they were based in Kolkata. Avoid.

Received a call on this number from a woman with a thick Indian accent, called Jessica. Claimed she was from EE but when I challenged her as to how she got my number she hung up

Spam caller. No one was on the line, instead, it was an automated message saying it is HMRC and that legal action will be processed.

Claimed she was Lacey from the bank, and using her direct line of a +44 number - does not feel safe

Fraud SPAM SCAM Number text me as a wrong number looking for Carolyn, when i replied wrong number, they apologised and asked for my name so they could add me to their address book so it wouldn't happen again. There have been 22 checks on this number in 2 days, it screams phishing for information that will be used for scams or fraud in the future.

SCAM +44 20 3289 0186 Avoid they are scammers with Pakistani and Philippines accents Pretending as Vodafone offering upgrade for new phone and when phone comes your doorstep they are telling some reason they can’t register the phone and asking to send to another address ! We have reported to police and Vodafone!
