Claimed to be from BT and that they were going to be disconnecting my internet due to problems my connection has been causing. Pay X and we wont disconnect you blah blah told them not with BT Woman on phone then claimed BT own the whole network and they could still disconnect my line. Completely Fake trying to operate on Fear mongering avoid these scammers at all costs!
if you have a call number display this a no brainer just look at the the that is calling you in this case 03301330021 and just leave it they only ring a few times then give up ! if you pick it up and answer they go silent ,complete wasters

Can I just say that I have had a call from this number, and you all think it is due to having a quote / taking out insurance. I have never been on the website nor taken out insurance from more than so I don t think it is the actual company - don t end up cancelling insurance with them because of that.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. SCAM called me and an automated message came on that my national insurance number is suspended and is under investigation and to call them back..
Received unsolicited call from this number - did not answer. Called back (masking my number) only to hear a message say the number is not currently in use and is available for sale (BT might have something to say about that?!) and to contact a mobile number - I hung up - this needs to be followed up by someone
