I have been called on a few occasions from RB but fortunately, until now I have been out and my answering machine off. This morning, I received a robust call from an elderly-sounding gentleman wanting to tell me all about the Red Button. I politely explained that I was not interested and asked him to ensure my contact details were removed from his company s records and also, quite politely, asked him to hang up and not call me again. He took absolutely no notice of anything I said and continued to tal

recording informing me that i can claim a heating boiler from them. must be a scam, i never participated in anything anyway. hwo did they get my number??

Answered the phone but the line went dead. when I called back the number was not recognised.

this call said to be from visa to authorise payment.
nDid not say the name of the person who has the visa account, so treated as a scam.

Called asking about previous credit cards in last 15 years. I told them I couldn t remember which I had from a few they suggested. They kept asking the same questions which I said I couldn t remember. They went on to ask about any loans which I said I don t remember, she said ok and hung up! I will ignore any further calls from this number.
