SPAM Has rang me 6 time in 3 hours. I answer, after a few seconds it connects to a busy sounding environment then they hang up. On the 6th call they said it was Sky calling and then they hung up immediately. Irksome!

But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. Fraud - foreign-sounding caller purporting to be from VISA Security. When I asked which VISA account the suspect transaction was on the caller swore and hung up. No one else seems to have searched for it (the other search with no review was still me). I'm not completely sure. But this number doesn't appear anywhere on Google (while other legit places' number appear with the source). It feels very untrustworthy. The call on itself was strange. A machine voice said that a letter was returned, and that legal actions will be implemented. It didn't explain why would the return of said letter would require legal actions nor the content of the letter. Very iffy.
