Automated Scottish female voice left a message quoting a reference number and telephone number to call back. The company was called Zinc, which I m assuming is a debt collection company or someone attempting to steal my personal information, seeing as I have no debt.

Robotic recorded message telling me to call "HMRC" on 01147001561 immediately or "face the legal consequences". Clearly a scam.
"Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and you ll be transferred to the next available agent" On-hold music lasted 6 minutes, then a different recorded voice said "Good-bye" and hung up.

Who in their right mind would do business or give bank details over the phone, and to a unknown voice at an office or house with no address? You don t know these people, you don t know their location, you don t know their reputation, you don t even know what country they are ringing from!This is just telephone SPAM.
