Rang today and listed a stream of debts I DON T have. Hung up on me when I pointed out I have no debts. Thick Indian accent, didn t ask any security questions and also failed to tell me the name of the company twice - he got confused both times so god knows where he was meant to be calling from. When I asked again what company it was she said Just Glass. I Have seen this name mentioned adversely in other reviews. Told her this and hung up.

SCAM Received a scam text about a fictitious Hermes parcel, with a fake website link to "reschedule delivery". The website is definitely not the real Hermes website, we're not expecting a parcel, and everyone's in at the moment.
