Guy with a thick Indian accent called my work asking for the "person in charge of our website". I said he wasnt here and asked if I could take a message and he said his name was Alexis and he was calling from SEO. Obviously a scam call.

It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. Called me twice in quick succession 07 Mar 2023. Silence on the line on both calls.
Unable to answer the original call a voice message was left to call this number back. The voice message did not state the company involved but required an anti-fraud check. This was a 'genuine' number, but the questions were probing and having given my contact number after questions to verify myself I was asked for the last 4 digits of that contact number already given, there were too many disconnected questions that could be joined up for other fraud. I terminated the call. Supposedly Barclaycard.
