SCAM Claiming to be in Reading calling from Windows Technical centre. I told him we didn’t use Windows and he then said the licence registered to our address which he quoted would be cancelled. Then he put the phone down!
An automated call that said it was from the warrants and fraud department. That I was being arrested for fraud if I didn’t press contact the dept by pressing 1. Definitely a spam but some vulnerable people would panic

This number has appeared on our answerphone but they did not leave any message. After this lookup I have blocked the number as it looks like another case of blocks of telephone numbers being sold offto con men. This number traced back to be from Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh in India. Silent call Some heavy breathing, lol!! Apparently from “Leeds Tank”????!! Said: “the office is now(14.30pm) closed, please ring again between 9am and 5pm”. Putting this in the “rude comedy scam” label. It CANNOT SURELY be a genuine bona fide call. I suspect the “Closed at UK time 14.30” aspect makes it a foreign caller, disguised: SUSPICIOUS!!
