This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention. nBest to ignore.

I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Had a call from this number today (06/02/2020). I didn t answer, but just sharing what I discovered when attempting to identify the caller. Several directories show this as a number related to a recruitment company named Catch Recruitment. Hope this helps :)
