This is the number that calls regarding ESA claims and is 100% legitimate. Not answering this call may cause loss of benefits. Always answer the calls, they love to cut benefits for any reason they can think of.

Recorded message (about PPI?). Hung up but it still seemed to keep the line open until the end of the message preventing me from using 1741.

Claimed to be Natasha from Link Group, I refused to transfer her call to a director, but she allowed me to take a message, which she tried to make sound genuine and urgent. Clearly not.

The worst pushy salesmen in the business. Actively talked me out of broadband with them in just a few minutes of their unwanted hard sell.

This number is constantly calling me and leaving no message. Very intrusive to my privacy . I have got to the stage where I only answer people who care to leave a message

Called and an automated but very convincing message said she was calling because I d been in a car accident that wasn t my fault (I haven t). The script is timed to coincide with your answer, most likely a phishing or other scam to get personal details.

The call was automated Glaswegian female voice saying "You have been contacted by (inaudible name), please call back immediately on 01413536463" the line went dead immediately. I decided to research number online as we do not have our number published in phone books. Various comments on forums suggest they are a debt collection agency called Zinc. We owe no debts and have great credit rating, so this call seems very strange! I won t be calling back either!
