i had this message from this number 07508 634 901 on 21/09/2020 HSBC ALERT: New Payee request for MRS K ADAMS has been made on your account via online banking. If this was not you, please visit https://icheck-request.com/hsbc/ When typing in this web address this is what came up. Deceptive site ahead Attackers on icheck-request.com may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers or credit cards).

Received a call from Smart Media advising our business had paid for their services to list on Google Maps in July 2019. Complete bull as payment has never been made to this company (or anything similar), the date simply is when our business was incorporated so freely available information. I politely advised they were clearly dodgy and hung up.

Bogus call, very hard to hear. Said that I had registered for some sort of financial trade. I said I had not and asked where they acquired my nunber from. She repeated that I had registered for financial trade. I told her she did not have permission to call my number again and that the call would be reported as scam to potentially gain personal details and/or defraud of funds. Do not answer call from this number

SCAM pretending to be HMRC - saying an arrest warrant would immediately be issued if I do not press 1 to speak to an adviser.

Very strange automatic call. Lady said she is from my internet banking and they just blocked an outgoing of £600 to oversees bank account from my bank account. I ended the call straightaway.

15:58, 09.02.2023. Missed call from this number. No message left. On returning the call : “The number you have dialled is not in service. Please check the number and try again. Goodbye.”

Had a few calls from this number but the line goes dead when I answer

This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. Associated numbers are 08000148950, 08000148960, 02034567894, 02034535242, 02034535243, 02034535244, 02034535245, 02034535246, 02034535247, 02034535248. Block them all!

SCAM / SPAM: Pretended to be from Sky offering discount on equipment insurance. Asked for my wife's maiden name - not listed on Sky account.

SCAM / SPAM Automated voice telling me there was a fraud case registered under my name, prompting me to press numbers and then enter personal details. No indication WHO this was, no identification. Be careful. I believe this is phishing cold calling because they didn’t even know my name. Any real fraud cases, especially financially motivates would be done properly. Meaning the bank and relevant investigators will notify you by post and phone and will not ask you to provide your personal details over a ph
