I managed to keep this caller on the line for about 10 minutes. I was told they were to help with Windows problems. I asked for an address and was given 15 Victoria Street London. The helpline number is 0800 031 4414. The first person was female with a foreign accent and mentioned Las Vegas USA then South East Asia and India when I asked where their base was. This first caller was replaced by someone called Sean. I refused to switch my computer on and accused them of the usual scam regarding theft from

When Link contact you they might ask you to give them a reference number which they have previously left on your answering machine.
