SCAM 02038612952 Got a call from this number telling me to press 1 to speak to an advisor from HMRC urgently, as I have committed fraud, otherwise I will get arrested!???????????????? the call then got disconnected. PEOPLE, WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS!!!
Fraud - automated call saying it was my bank (didn't say which bank!!!) detailed two transactions it said was made this morning one to Amazon and one a transfer abroad. Asked me to press 1 to cancel transactions or 2 to authorize. I'm guessing that this would then take me to a premium line number or someone asking for my details. I just hung up of course. The scary thing is that it showed as coming from a local dialing code or I wouldn't have answered it.

I asked him what my BT account number is, but he did not answer and said he was calling because of a problem with my router / browser.
