She hung up....I suspect this was a scam call to get hold of personal details. When I tried calling this number the line went dead.

A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre.
