This is a naughty one. Someone is using the Motor Insurance Bureau s number to hide their identity. The MIB is the body that coordinates motor vehicle claims in the U.K. If you have not had a vehicle accident don t answer it, or at least ring back later, if you want to.

I received a message off this number with a link attached saying they had a parcel for me when I clicked the link it said the adress label was damaged so I think this is some kind of scam as they don't know my adress,nobody has been to my home as I've been home and I've had this kind of message before just not sure if it's same number .

However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. Tries a scam on your phone number. When I blocked the number, started pestering me on face time. I am registered on TPS, never opt in etc. Couple of weeks ago upgraded with Vodafone and then these scam calls all start up again. Ofcom should tackle the source.

They call scammed People and promise them to be refunded, in fact they call themselves blockchain refund Department. But you have to transfer a percentage of the amount to a Bitcoin account, and from there they make it disappear in a moment. They can be very convincing, they are dangerous.
