Received a call on my mobile from someone with an African accent who could barely speak English, ie he was reading from a script. He seemed to be saying he was from 'Tesco Mobile' but am not sure of that. We ended the call and blocked the number.
SCAM Recorded message with very rapid female voice. Said my visa card had been used to transfer money with Western Union and to buy something for £700 from Amazon. I don't have a visa card.
It is a spam number. Just sent a message to my wife, to tell her they have a new number. "Hi mum, new number, message me if you have received." Wife sent back. "Daniel?" Reply. "Yes, how are you?" Firstly, son is in USA, secondly, he doesn't use messages. Definite spam number

SCAM Caller 'Siobhan' on 03332420495 stating from Taylor Stirling Legal. This company is dissolved. The call was a scam attempt to extract personal data. Rang off as soon as the realised they were rumbled and I was running reverse tracing on them. South African IP and call number spoofing. Beware, very clever question structure to get you to reveal sensitive data.

The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. BASC British Association Shooting & Conservation Genuine company, child-called this morning, i wasn't sure if they were looking for donations or trying to sell memberships, as i interrupted the caller very quickly when i realised it wasn't the call that i was waiting for. The caller was very polite, so i only hope that they have removed my number now.
