I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. A man called me from this number saying he was from santander asking me to verify my bank security questions,I told him to put any questions in writing to me as I wasn t going to tell anyone these details,he then preceded to ask me for them again! And reckoned he couldn t tell me what it was about until I could give him these details,are they really so stupid to think they d get anything?! and no the bank knew nothing about it when I checked.
