Scammer. Automated message about tax. When you put through they want personal data. Question them and they hang up and block the number. Poor english

Same as above. I was about to launch into a tirade then decided not to waste any more of my own time. Not sure how people who engage in this type of thing can go home and face their family at night.
I ve registered my.mobile with the Tps service and that doesn t stop this kind of caller. like before, they call you go to answer as businesses change their number of entries and as soon so you say hello they hang up. if they are a fraudulent company surely the telecommunications company should be suspended from trading & fined.
Phoned at 5.30pm on a Saturday. No one on the other end so blocked the number probably a scam.
Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.

This number called at 12.30am. Woke myself and husband thinking it was an emergency from a relation. Did not answer the call. No message was left.
I checked with Virgin after readin Peters comments and they told me it was not a premium rate call .. it was a local rate .. I had a county court bailiff attend my premises and this telephone number was also on the paperwork I was given !! :(
