Just been rung on 01273 655031 about my washing machine and fridge freezer insurance taken out last May for £154 in my sons name at our address. He has not lived here for over 10 years. Knew it was a scam so said i would renew but just needed to get my card. Kept him waiting 5 minutes then read out totally made up card. He said there must be some digits wrong. I said NO it is correct as i got some petrol at the weekend using this card.Said i would get my wife's card so told him to hold.Again another 5 minut

My elderly grandparents with serious illnesses keep getting disturbed so i have blocked this number finding it to be a nuisance call. What these people do is criminal they play on the elderly and infirmed. They should be stopped completely
