I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Indian scam artists who call themselves John and Michael who want personal information for identity theft. They are a BT customer and I e-mailed CEO, BT and no response. Now blocked but they will use another number.

Answered and guy started to talk (I think) with a lot of people chatting in the background. Then phone went dead. I have now programmed my new Panasonic phones to block this number in the future. What a good investment they were.
