Caller claimed I had a problem with malware on my PC and he would guide me through the repair of it. He asked me to turn on my computer and when I told him no, he got aggressive, told me my PC would screw up and then hung up.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. If you receive a cold call from an organisation you don t know, just take as many details as you can, even if it s just the number and time of call and report it the Information Commissioner s Office (ICO) via this link https://ico.org.uk/concerns/ If enough people do this these companies will be fined - sometime pushing them out of business - and we can all enjoy owning a private phone again.

I used to have a temporary subscription with them, which has expired and I have not renewed. They have not left me alone since and would cold-call me every week or so, trying to sell subscriptions to me, even though I explicitly told them to put me on the Do Not Call list numerous times.

The directors of the company making the calls are: Paul Lord (home address: 46a Nowell Road, Middleton, Manchester, M24 6FL) and Richard Cooper (home address: 6 Reed Close, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 7EF). Have fun writing to them to tell how much you appreciate their calls.
SCAM. It was an automated call with a blokes voice saying it was Sandra from Amazon calling about suspicious account activity and giving me an option of buttons to press to confirm activity or speak to someone.
This is supposed to be an Avon and Somerset police number. Is this genuine? I have my doubts.
