When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up. Its time uk phone numbers were stopped from being given to overseas callers.

Indian sounding man called saying he was from Sky TV & to confirm we watch Sky through a satellite dish... and my age was over 49 right? !!!!!
