I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Woken by a call on my mobile at 4.30am! When I called back the following morning, number was unobtainable and reverse number searches yielded nothing.

Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Bloke on the other end told me he is from ICS and they got my number from third party who advised there is an unclaimed category C claim against my household (despite it being a call on my mobile). This number suddenly dialled itself from my phone while I was playing an online game. I was charged ?2.50 for the call. The number is not in my contacts and I did not have the keypad open at the time. I realised what was happening when a notification came up on my phone game page.

Missed call - Has called me on numerous times, never leaves any messages. I have no idea who this is other than I can see its a London Number. As I dont know who's calling me, I dont answer - right pain, I cant seem to find out who is calling me.
