My mobile rang once then stopped . Just as if someone was testing if my number was " live ". nIhave no idea who it was , and no intension of ringing the number back.
Silent call - when I let it go to voicemail, they hung up without leaving a message. Sounds like one more of the many spam autodialler calls I receive every day.
I didn’t pick up. Answer machine message left was automated telling me to press 1 for a bt rep.
Had a couple of calls from this number, and one from a similar number. Claim to be British Gas, saying there s been a change in the way I top up and they want to check that the supply is ok etc. I called BG from a number on the BG website, they checked and told me that these numbers are NOT BRITISH GAS. Recommended I add them to my block list, I suggest you do the same.

I have received quite a few calls from this number. I decided to phone it back, and there was an automated computer voice (sounded a bit American) which said "I m sorry, an application error has occurred. Goodbye." Obviously a scam of some sort. I ve saved the number in my phone as Spam Caller , so I ll be sure not to answer it in future.

SCAM claims to be from HMRC. As a former HMRC officer I know they do not make calls like this. All HMRC numbers begin with 0300 or 03000.
