Got fed up with this number calling me so eventually answered, Told me I was claiming for third party accident i never had in kast 2 year when I asked with which insurance companies were involved I was told that wasnt important! So hung up, hopefully calls may stop now. Total scam.

Caller said she was from VirginMedia and claimed that someone had hacked my Internet. Wanted to show me on my PC. When I said her story was a scam and rubbish, she said my PC was causing hacking attacks, and my Internet line will be blocked.

Indian sounding man called saying he was from BT and there was a problem with my broadband line. He could help me fix it if I followed some simple instructions. Says he was calling from London but caller ID showed it as Birmingham sounds like another scam. Hang up

I have been waiting for an appointment time and date to come through and GP has chased on several occasions. The message stated it was a reminder that I had an appointment on (date and time given and Department). Fraud - asking you to "click here" to prevent money being taken from your HSBC account. I don't HAVE an HSBC account!
I got a call from this number and they were obviously trying to get personal information from me. First they asked me to tell them who I was to confirm my identity (even though they claimed to know who I was because they were calling me!). Second they told me that I needed to complete a verification process online by going to a specific website on my computer. The page they told me to go to sounded like a scam and they were trying to get me to fill out more personal information.
