Get a very casual message using whatever name you are using on gumtree telling you youre paypal account has been hacked and to log in to change your pass.Like any sort of financial service would be running their security through a mobile.What made it more amusing for me is if they bothered seeing the third line of the ads they got my number from theyd see in large letters NO PAYPAL

Be careful. I believe this is phishing cold calling because they didn’t even know my name. Any real fraud cases, especially financially motivates would be done properly. If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN!
