Just took a call from this number - they asked for me by name and then said I had recently entered a competition and thats how they got my number and they wanted to save me money on my power supplier - I politely explained I wasnt the bill payer and wasn t interested. The guy then demanded to speak to the bill payer - I told him they are not available and not interested. He then went on a rant at me - at which point I hung up and blocked the number. SCAM I was phoned by this number today. It was a crackly line and the woman said she it was a bank call telling me that there were 2 suspicious payments from my bank account today. One for £300 and one for £3000. There were nos to press to agree to the payments or a number to speak to someone. I ended the call and then redialled the number registered, but it said that it was an incorrect number.
