Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1604310xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Finance Review Centre, loans, PPI, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
Calls regularly, but when I answer there is nobody on the other end. I called the number back but either don t get an answer or it rings out. It is a Glasgow dialling code but I don t know anybody in Glasgow and have no dealings with any businesses there. I ve blocked the number and reported to OFCOM. I would advise anybody else being pestered by this number to do the same.

Had 3 or 4 calls daily for past few weeks. I answered and finally got reply (PPI), requested that my details be removed from their mailing list yesterday and surprise another call this morning. This borders on aggressive sales practice and pure harassment.

Had a call quite early in the morning on a bank holiday on my landline. An Asian woman saying she was calling from BT open reach about my broadband...I was confused because I didn't have BT broadband. Just told her not to call me again. I didn't give her a chance to say anything further I hung up. It's a scam be careful. Block the number.

In frustration I eventually dialled 2 and told a rather bored sounding person that I was fed up getting so many calls from them and asked if he could remove my name from their so called Government Database.
