Called twice so far today. Supposedly was John Cleese leaving a message. PPI claim. It s ridiculous. Cannot something be done by TPS?
bus mum of 4 - lives not too far from Manchester . saw Manchester code and therefore dropped what I was doing to answer. Was "we have news about PPI" - I politely said I weren t interested and the girl tutted an hung up. HOW RUDE when I took time out to answer your mithering call and I remained polite. Appalling
I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. Just called me today. Left no message. If you ring the number, a message says "Welcome to Blades, We called you about a new service but you were unable to take the call. If you would prefer not to receive any more calls, please leave your name and telephone number after the tone. Thankyou." What does that mean???
They are scum, I am sure when you answer the phone the call cuts out as they want you to ring them back and probably be chargeing us for a premium rate call. Why is it the innocent are attacked by ISIS bu those who work for companies like Red Star Insurance are left to pester us?

Fraud, attempting th get personal information, purported to be ringing from Virgin Media re. broadband without positively identifying himself. Told him I believed his call was a scam and he hung up.
When answered u hear a ring tone as if u have called them, then some Indian sounding bloke asks to speak to u asking if u can answer a few household questions.. told him no and put phone down. Didnt sound like the call was in this country either

Automated voice stating they where calling from HMRC and that there was a fraudulent case against me and if I did not press 1 immediately then a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. Firstly HMRC will never call you and secondly I am still waiting for the police to show up at my door and arrest me for nothing. Utter nonsense. Don't be fooled by these calls people.

Said they were from EE asking about how happy I am with my PAYG plan and handset and if they could improve it. Asked what handset I had and why I was content with my pack then let me go happily. Seems trustworthy and didn t ask for any other info.
Has called twice, first time no answer, second time answered to a woman with a Birmingham accent. Despite being on the TPS they still called. Using a mobile number they obviously use people working from home to cold call. Have now blocked.
It literally says on the Sky website that this is their number so whether you want the call or not its not someone pretending to be from Sky
