Stated he was phoning from Microsoft and became very aggressive and threatening when I said I was not interested.Stated they would cut off my computer .When I asked why he was phoning from a mobile rather than landline he did not respnd nor when I said I would phone Microsoft myself.Think this is most likely to be a scam (if not Microsoft need to be more careful in who they employ!!)

Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. 3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? claimed to be from my internet provider-asked me to confirm router was working ok as had received large volume of calls.
