Automated call Recieved a call from this number threatening it was a Fraud investigation giving me a reference number then directing me to press one to get through to an agent. If I hung up and ignored the call I may end up with a fine or court proceedings.no reference as to what the call was related to? Very strange and no reason why I would even recieve such a call. SCAM / SPAM I was informed my pc is reporting errors to Virgin Media. I informed the caller I'd speak to him again but I was going to ring Virgin Media to get them to put me through to him. I ended the call because the ONLY person my pc reports error to is me.

Called to say from MBNA and that there was a problem with the account. Indian (asian) voice. Wife was very rude to him. The number that came up was the same as the MBNA help line number with extra 2 added at the end. Called MBNA - very helpful - no they had not contacted us. MBNA say they always text before ringing and only speak to main account holder.

Second call received from this number. The first time they hung up as soon as I answered. The second time, I answered it, the bloke said that they were from "Consumer Helpline ", and "ringing about any finance [I d] taken out in the past ten years and any miss-sold PPI ", as soon as he heard me say that it was an "unsolicited call", and that "I m ex directory", the bloke hung up! I dialled 1471, and the above number appeared. When I tried several times to ring them back, I ve got a computerised message

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty.
