Call from Amazon. Told to go online and check emails because somebody was taking £700 from my account. I said no and rang off. Called again wanting to know why I rang off and to get on the computer. I said no again but wouldn't take no for an answer I asked why not using Amazon number it was because it was a security number. Told unless I did as asked, payment would go ahead. Constantly calling my mobile. I have blocked the number three times now but still manages to call to my phone with the same number? Answered twice and it disconnected instantly and when you call it back, the line tells you that this isn't an actual number, it's 'unrecognised'!
SCAM told me they were from a financial well-being company then proceeded to ask me details like name etc. They'd already know that if genuine.

This number called me and when I answered, the voice from a foreign male person spoke. I advised that they had just called me but they said that had not done so. This was the second time I received a call like this from another number (07565 827573), within 10 minutes of each other. I believe this was a SPOOFING SCAM and advise anyone who receives anything like this to be on your guard and not give ANY personal information away ... not even your name.
This was a foreign sounding PPI call centre. I hung up.
