SCAM Message says that your internet and phone connection is going to be cut off, to stop it press 1, press 2 to go along with disconnection. Getting 3 or 4 of these a day, a different number each time but all 0161 numbers.
I got a call from this number regarding PPI. I told the caller I wasnt interested & put the phone down. He then RANG ME BACK & demanded to know why Id hung up on him when I hadnt heard what he had to say. I told him I still wasnt interested but he persisted so I just kept saying ovet & over Im not interested until he lost his temper & hung up. Victory for me!!!

Recorded message - that 2 transactions done on card - one for Amazon (never use) and one to transfer money abroad. Blocked the number.
Phoned twice on Saturday morning. I answered but stayed silent. No sound at all from the other end and was cut off after a few seconds. Assume it was an automated call.

01244 521272 rang and a male with a foreign accent said hello my name is Michael calling from Technical Solutions Dept I told him I should not be receiving cold calls but he was talking over me so I disconnected the call. When I checked the number showing on my landline screen it flashed between International and 01244 521272 of which one is a code close to me and the number was the same as a company I have had recent dealings with which has a different area code. Very strange probably a scam.

There must be something dodgy in the water (above the norm) in Carmarthen, almost every harassment call I get is from one of these amoral desperate little Welshies who think they are above the law.
