This number called me using a system generated voice purporting to be online security presumably, had I not put the phone down, to extort money. BEWARE
POTENTIAL SCAM Caller (with an Indian accent and in a noisy call centre) claimed to be from Amazon Security Department. She was checking whether I'd placed an order for £749... I said I hadn't. She asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said it's not my order so I can't cancel it. She said my phone number and email and payment details had been used to create a fake account. Had 3 calls over the last few days from various numbers all starting with the same dalling code, 01926. As this is the code where we live, answered the first call - no immediate response but after a few seconds, over a very crackly line, what sounded like a well spoken middle aged white lady, said something along the lines of 'suspicious transactions on my account, one for £300 odd & the other for £1,400 odd & I must do certain things at which point I hung up. This number called this morning claiming to be from my broadband provider and said there were problems with my broadband. Told him I had no such problems and said goodbye. He knew who my broadband provider is. I’m not sure how to rate this because I don’t listen any further. How easily could he con someone else to do what ?

Automated bank fraud call stating that my bank account had been compromised, second one in as many days from a Swansea number.
Similar experience to people reporting calls from 02089574446 Rude woman, poor English, claimed to be from Currys PC World, asked what mobile phone network I was on. Me: "I'm not prepared to tell you that" Her: "Why? We might have beneficial offers" Me: "Because I didn't ask you to call me and you're asking me questions without telling me anything" Her: "Yeah" Me: "What do you mean, yeah?" Her - Hung up.
Fraud This number messaged me. Asking for money nearly £2000 pretending to be my daughter. Luckily I knew something was wrong as she would not ask me for that kind of money.. Please be aware of this number.

SCAM Caller 'Siobhan' on 03332420495 stating from Taylor Stirling Legal. This company is dissolved. The call was a scam attempt to extract personal data. Rang off as soon as the realised they were rumbled and I was running reverse tracing on them. South African IP and call number spoofing. Beware, very clever question structure to get you to reveal sensitive data.

SPAM I think! Number sends a (Covid-19) SMS alert message: NHS: You've recenty been in close contact with a confirmed case. You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!
