Called my home 'phone twice this morning and ended up calling my wife a f***ing b***h!! Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Tried dial back but whilst phone rang for 10 minute...

This automated service calls my number approx.once or twice a week. The call asks for a named person who I never heard of and requests a call back. After I hang-up I have noticed when I then lift my phone to use Iam still connected to this number. I dont no how to stop this caller.
