Didn't answer it as I knew it was an ambulance chasing reclaim low life scum. They change numbers every week, and it seems today, they've chosen a Shrewsbury number.
It's a scam. I called back because it was local Aberdeen number, once they mentioned accident in my family I knew it is a scam. Best thing to do, just block the number.

They called me today, quickly searched their number as they were ringing and hung up as soon as I read these comments. Its clear they are making lots of calls recently, and apparently they just want to argue with you by looking at the comments. Maybe block them asap.. or if your feeling brave answer and argue/ troll them and piss them off for the lulz ;) maybe they'll just give up this bu11sh1t campaign and f*ck off and stop ringing us if we piss them off enough and waste their time!
