Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Had numerous calls from this company asking for us by name,They are a Home Insurance brokers. We have reported them as have TPS and they are making a continious nuisance of themselves.

Usual PPI / car accident / similar sort of claim cold call. Blocked number. These people must be utterly shameless. I couldn t sit at a desk with a headset on being told to get lost (or worse) 100 s of times a day. Still, it s a job I suppose but I d rather be unemployed than lower myself to this sort of thing!
