I had this number ring this morning. When the man with a foreign accent asked about my PC I asked which one (we have 2), but when I asked for the model number he said I don t know so I saif sorry I dont want to talk about it then and he hung up. I only said it because Watchdog had warned people about this.

It said is was HMRC but tried to authenticate asking for all the questions you should not answer. Surely they must know you address email and other forms of communication other than sounding like a scam?
